What Inspired Me to Create This Blog?

Coming into my Spring 2018 semester of my freshman year at Farmingdale State College, I was well aware of my strengths and competencies in the field of writing. However, throughout the semester, I still noticed improvement. This indicates the versatility and beauty of writing. No matter how efficient you become, there is always room for improvement. This improvement is not limited to just fixing grammar issues or using literary devices. Instead, creativity, insightful thinking and deeper analysis of literature also improve. As a byproduct of this, I also noticed a slight improvement in my speaking. That is common sense. Logically, the better you write, the more fluent you are in your speech. Key factors that connect speech and writing are vocabulary and delivering your message without slang. So parents enroll their children into school from an early age because school is the platform of education. An education expands the mind and provides students with the liberation to think and question. Therefore, I advocate education because it allowed me to view the world with a different s...

Literature can be described in many ways because it is multi-faceted and versatile. Readers utilize literature to learn, imagine, visualize, and generally to gain greater understandings of the many paradigms that exist. At the heart of literature is writing and more specifically, words. Words used by the author can manipulate the readers to think a certain way. If used in the right context. words ultimately manifest ideas. They are the transition point between the authors creativity and the readers ambition to learn. Through time and even today, literature remains superficial in every field. People continue to use literature to define global and local issues, entertain audiences, or basically do anything that involves someone trying to learn something. Historically, we can see literature in notable novels, short stories, and poems. Today, all those continue to strive, but literature has become far more abundant with the innovation of technology, taking on the form of research. Througho...
